ovn-nbctl show does not list LRP IPv6 link local address

Bug Description
OVN always adds an IPv6 link local address to Logical Router Ports (LRP). However, this address is not displayed in the output of ``ovn-nbctl show``.
With the wider use of advertising IPv4 prefixes over IPv6 next hops [0], it would be useful to have this information readily available.
