can't click scroll overlay button on Dell Insipron 15R (intel graphics)

while opening nautilus or gnome terminal and try to scroll windows with clicking on scroll button. Button disapears before i can click on it. Attached video (ogv) shows issue. It seems that this bug is only regarding gtk3 applications (old gtk2 work ok).
I still can scroll with mouse scroll.
System: Precise (12.04) daily build from 19.03.2012
