Bug Description
To See
Open nautilus in a window where scrolling is possible.
Use the thumb to resize horizontally
Then reacquire the thumb, hold left click and scroll up & down a bit
Now release the left click, cursor remains in control of the thumb & can continue to scroll up or down even when moving quite far away from the thumb
In nautilus one can move the thumb both in or outside of the window, in other app windows like gedit or terminal this only continues when inside the window, in all cases you need to stay within the vertical limits of the window
