please add psychopy to Natty blacklist

Bug Description

When scrolling down using the mouse scroll wheel, PsychoPy displays blank lines in the editor (see screenshot).

Starting PsychoPy with LIBOVERLAY_SCROLLBAR=0 fixes the problem.

the bug seems to be perfectly fixed in oneiric, for all other python/scintilla apps like codelite, codeblocks etc etc

I should ask distro for that, maybe they could simpy distropatch overlay scrollbars for natty
