  * QA upload.
  * Run wrap-and-sort.
  * Created manpage for ots binary. Consequently:
      - debian/libots0.manpages: created to install the manpage.
      - debian/ots.1: created to provide the manpage.
      - debian/ots.txt: created as source file for manpage to be generated
        by txt2man.
  * Using new DH level format. Consequently:
      - debian/compat: removed.
      - debian/control: changed from 'debhelper' to 'debhelper-compat' in
        Build-Depends field and bumped level to 13.
  * debian/control:
      - Added 'Rules-Requires-Root: no' to source stanza.
      - Bumped Standards-Version to 4.5.0.
      - Changed Vcs-* URLs to salsa.debian.org.
      - Removed dh-autoreconf in Build-Depends field because it is useless
        since DH level 10.
  * debian/copyright:
      - Migrated to 1.0 format.
      - Updated all information.
  * debian/libots0.symbols: added Build-Depends-Package field.
  * debian/libots-dev.doc-base: changed to fix the path of html docs.
  * debian/libots-dev.links: added to create a symlink for html docs.
  * debian/not-installed: created to list a not installed .la file.
  * debian/rules: removed '--with autoreconf --parallel' arguments passed to dh
    because it is unnecessary since DH level 10.
  * debian/salsa-ci.yml: created to provide CI tests for Salsa.
  * debian/tests/control: created to perform CI tests.
  * debian/watch:
      - Added a fake site to explain about the current status of the original
        upstream homepage.
      - Bumped version to 4.
