Binary package hint: otrs2

1. When installing OTRS 2 2.3.4-1 on Ubuntu 9.1
2. following error is generated
E: otrs2: subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 255
3. the install aborts

Addendum: Ubuntu release is 10.04.
