package oss4-dkms 4.2-build2002-2 failed to install/upgrade: oss4 kernel module failed to build

The problem occurred at every time I have tried to install a given package (not just on one specific occasion). An "E: oss4-dkms: sub-processo script post-installation instalado retornou estado de saída de erro 10"
Also when trying to un-install or solve a broken programme: a "dpkg: error processing oss4-dkms (--configure):

 subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 10" (also "dpkg: error processing oss4-dkms (--configure):
 / subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 10
 / Errors were encountered while processing:
 / oss4-dkms
 / Setting up oss4-dkms (4.2-build2002-2) ...") message is displayed instead of completing the task I intended Sinaptic manager to perform.

Can someone please help me with that?

Possibly solved!

If that helps, here follows the pathway:
On Synaptic Package Manager, type oss on the "quick search box"
Then mark OSS4-BASE for complete removal. Apply.
Nexte step, mark for REINSTALL all the items already installed (under the "oss"
search) and apply.

I was happy enough as to listen my Ubuntu sounds again!
