Bug Description

i tried installing adobe reader 9 with a similar error, though it did install, I removed it with an error as well. I believe the cause is I killed an install for dkms packages (to run oracle vm virtualbox) because it froze at 74% and would not continue, so I manually shut down the computer. Had to run "sudo dpkg --configure -a" to install or remove packages from software center before continuing.
