Bug Description
The ZMQ driver uses IPC sockets to communicate between the zmq-receiver process and the local openstack daemons; its quite easy to exceed the maximum path length:
/var/
resulting in lost messages and daemons failing to bind to zmq sockets.
truncating the path to the maximum length is probably good enough as its going to be unique still on the local host.
