Bug Description

https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/androguard/3.4.0%7Ea1-2/+latestbuild/amd64

androguard requires python3-oscrypto which is provided by the oscrypto package, which is new in kinetic-proposed and itself is ftbfs due to an incompatibility with OpenSSL 3.0. Support for OpenSSL 3.0 was added in oscrypto 1.3.0, via this patch:

    https://github.com/wbond/oscrypto/commit/e07413184f8038aa82c421350f4e49d1073f1491

    https://bugs.launchpad.net/debian/+source/oscrypto/+bug/1980298

However, several followup patches fixup support, and so I suspect it would be preferable to move to the 1.3.0 release rather than backport this one fix. Debian also sees this failure, and I've suggested in Debian Bug: #1011713 the idea of packaging 1.3.0 as the solution.
