Bug Description

The bug popped up after upgrade from 18.04 to 20.04. Unfortunately now it also impossible to receive and install security updates for Ubuntu. Nor can I install Kernel updates. What a disaster. probably I will need to reinstall Ubuntu from scratch...pfff
