Bug Description

Hello
On the disk are present only two ntfs partitions created by win8 installer.
Ubiquity don-t respect partman suggestion and propose to delete the intere disk
If we instead choose Other, we can see the ntfs partitions.
See attached screenshot
Thanks
Fabio

It detects the NTFS partition fine; it just doesn't detect that the second one has anything to do with Windows.

Can you run 'sudo grub-mount /dev/sda2 /mnt' and then post:

 * ls /mnt
 * the file /mnt/boot/bcd

affects: ubiquity (Ubuntu) → os-prober (Ubuntu)

Hello Colin
I've alredy performed the Ubuntu installation using manual partitioning, then I will attach the requested files from the installed system, from then I reinstall windows8, then I will attach the files from the live session.
