missing files for odt export

Bug Description

org-mode packgage does not contain files required for ODT export:

+ OrgOdtStyles.xml

+ OrgOdtContentTemplate.xml

The files should be placed in either in /usr/share/emacs/site-lisp/org-mode/etc/styles or
/usr/share/emacs/site-lisp/etc/styles.

It seems the solution isn't as trivial as this patch because org-mode looks for the files around the directory it is loaded from which in my case is /usr/share/emacs23/site-lisp/org-mode via symlinks to emacs/site-lisp directory.

Hi. I'm the maintainer of Org-mode. This issue has been mentioned in a recent discussion on the org-mode mailing list: http://article.gmane.org/gmane.emacs.orgmode/58713 which you might want to read on. I hope this will get fixed soon, as the ODT exporter is a core feature of org-mode. Thanks!
