Set correct default gateway/router on DHCP (dnsmasq) if different from cobbler server

Bug Description
If the DHCP/DNS option is selected in orchestra for cobbler, the default gateway is set to the IP address of the cobbler server. However, in some networks this might not be the case as the PXE+DHCP+DNS might not be the default gateway.
For this reason a debconf question should be asked, if Orchestra manages DHCP/DNS, to set the correct default gateway.
