Bug Description

Problem: when an alarm is set and a display window is set to appear at the alarm's set time, Orage often does not display the window. This typically happens for all day events.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Set an event.
2. Mark the event as "all day event".
3. Set an alarm with a window pop-up notification.
4. Event passes without notification from Orage.

Expected behaviour:
A pop-up window should appear, letting the user know the event is taking place.

Other information:
Any alarm which would normally trigger when the computer is off or in suspend mode is skipped. The calendar should keep track of events which would have happened since the program was last active and display notifications for these events.

Platform:
Ubuntu 12.04 LTS -- 64-bit
Orage version: 4.8.3
