Please remove openvswitch-dpdk from xenial

Bug Description

DPDK support is now provided as part of the openvswitch package, so please can openvswitch-dpdk be removed from the archive for xenial.

Just curious ... Do we'll still have the "ovs-vswitchd" Alternatives after this move?

No - this is just housekeeping for the old openvswitch-dpdk source package we did for wily; openvswitch provides dpdk directly now
