Bug Description

client-cert-not-required is deprecated since OpenVPN 2.4 while jammy is based on OpenVPN 2.5.5 so please replace current openvpn-auth-radius version 2.1-7build1 with github repository https://github.com/ValdikSS/openvpn-radiusplugin

Please fix this bug as requested.

It makes it impossible to use Radius in OpenVpn with Ubuntu Jammy.

In order to request not to use client certificates ones add to the configuration:
     verify-client-cert none

and then the radius plugin cannot parse the openvpn configuration.
