FTBFS due to FORTIFY_SOURCE

Latest versions of `openvas-scanner` have stopped building due to `_FORTIFY_SOURCE` being redefined.

Please find attached a debdiff fixing that.

Could you please open a bug in Debian/upstream to see if they'd be open to adopt your patch? It'd be nice to be able to remove the delta altogether :)
