Bug Description

The code depends upon a kernel structure member that was deleted from the kernel during procfs changes.

The upstream kernel changes were introduced by commit 3cb5bf1bf947d325fcf6e9458952b51cfd7e6677 made on April 11, 2013

The only place I could find openswan upstream code is here:

https://github.com/xelerance/Openswan

It appears to be the upstream repo. The problem exists in the current master and devel branches in that repo.
