Bug Description
The code depends upon a kernel structure member that was deleted from the kernel during procfs changes.
The upstream kernel changes were introduced by commit 3cb5bf1bf947d32
The only place I could find openswan upstream code is here:

It appears to be the upstream repo. The problem exists in the current master and devel branches in that repo.
