Bug Description

Installation of openstreetmap-carto-common fails in the postinst script.
The script get-shapefiles.sh tries to download certain files from OpenStreetMap.org.
Apparently OpenStreetMap.org has restructured their repositories, and so the script fails.

The four links starting with "http://data.openstreetmapdata.com/... have to be changed into "https://osmdata.openstreetmap.de/download/...
