Bug Description

Hi guys,
running OpenStack on essex, version 2012.1~e3+dfsg+1-2
The package novnc refuses to start since the user running the process doesn't have the rights to create the PID file
Into /etc/init.d/novnc

Line
PIDFILE=/var/run/$NAME.pid

should be
PIDFILE=/var/run/nova/$NAME.pid

Otherwise the service doesn't start

Doesn't look like a nova issue, but rather a novnc packaging issue.
