Comment 0 for bug 244250

I have been asked to reboot after every single update in the past month on ubuntu hardy nearly. I find this UNACCEPTABLE and typical of windows and microsoft behavior ( except they only update on tuesdays). How can you justify a reboot after i just updated today. MY average uptime is ruined.

Surely that openssl bug was fixed a while ago. If some one can provide a good reason for all these reboots I will close this. If not I want it kept here as a reminder of what should be avoided.
