Bug Description

Hello,

I'm trying to build nodejs 0.10.38 on Precise using the shared openssl but the tests fails[0].

An upstream patch[1] exists to fix this issue.

Is it possible to provide it to precise?

Lets set this to WONTFIX then; this isn't exactly a promise we won't get to it, but ideally any 14.04 LTS users affected by this would re-open or file a support request etc.
