Create new packages for (HPN-SSH) Multi Threaded SSH

Bug Description

Based on the work here: http://www.psc.edu/networking/projects/hpn-ssh/

I've created a sample patch - however it may be better to include these patches from the ala-carte patches and place in debian/patches

Works well, I really enjoy having access to the None cipher, and fast multi-threaded AES.

Thanks for your report. This is a duplicate of bug 162253. Note that the best way to get this included in Ubuntu is to persuade upstream to include it; I am reluctant to include further large patches as it greatly complicates the process of incorporating new upstream versions.
