Setting up openssh-server (1:7.3p1-1ubuntu0.1) ...

SSHDConfig: Error: command ['/usr/sbin/sshd', '-T'] failed with exit code 255: /etc/ssh/sshd_config line 92: bad port number in PermitOpen

On upgrades services need to be restarted and the config for sshd seems to have a problem in its config. Please see [1] for that config.
