'man sftp' shows a wrong creation date

'man sftp' shows in the last row "August 21, 2012".
I expect that 'man sftp' will show the creation date of this manual page and not the current date.

This was in fact fixed in groff 1.22.3, which is in Ubuntu 15.04 and newer:
