Bug Description

to reproduce:

1. Add some clips. Doesn't matter what.
2. Add a dissolve effect.
3. Open the properties for it and change it to a down dissolve and then close properties.
4. Drag the dissolve effect to another point on the timeline.

The effect now reverts to an up dissolve (means it goes in the opposite direction. It's very easy to not notice this has happened until after you have rendered the project and sent it to the client...

Transitions will auto change direction, depending on where you drop it. Are you dropping the transitions on another clip? Or just somewhere on the timeline?

Maybe attaching a few screenshots might help illustrate what's happening. Thanks!
