Bug Description

Writer should display the content of a footnote when the mouse is hovering over its superscripted number in the main text. When doing so, it does however not break lines. Once a footnote gets very long (around 140 words) compiz crashes whenever I move the mouse over its superscripted number.

Steps to reproduce: Have compiz running. Create a very long footnote that won't fit on the screen in one line. Move mouse over its superscripted number.

I will gladly be providing further needed information or log files.

This is a sample odt-file to reproduce the problem. Hovering the mouse over the superscripted number after the first word will crash my compiz every time.

I tried to run compiz from the terminal to get the error message when it crashes.
and it simply says "compiz - text length exceeded".
As workaround you can restart the gdm or restart compiz. The latter works without any need to reopen all the windows, etc.
Waiting for a fix.
