Bug Description

Binary package hint: openoffice.org

oo said oo is running, stop it in order to continue install
could not find any oo processes running with gnome "system monitor" to stop.
did a ps -aux and killed some oo stuff
maybe killed the oo installation process, probably not good
oo should just give the option
1 - stop install if oo running
2 - install stop oo to complete install (user can also stop oo).
