And they have a verified fix merged into the 3.3 beta from this commit:

It may be possible to do a backport of the fix to 3.2.1 (it's a pretty small patch). The upstream developer who made the fix (Philipp Lohmann from Oracle) is on vacation until Monday (Sept 20th).
