package openoffice.org-pdfimport 1.0+OOo3.1.1-5ubuntu1 failed to install/upgrade: subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 1

Binary package hint: openoffice.org

The error message says it can't install while openoffice.org is still running. In system monitor the only openoffice.org thing running is openoffice.org-server.sh but I can't stop this running to install the package.

In my case soffice --> soffice.bin are also running. The quickstarter option is not checked

using pkill on these two fixed this issue thanks
