Bug Description
Binary package hint: openoffice.org
Some openoffice.org packages failed to install when I upgraded ubuntu from 9.04 to 9.10. This is one of those. The other failed packages have been reported by other ubuntu users.
Ubuntu reports that I have one broken package in my system. The broken package is openoffice package containing support for som older file formats. Uprgading the broken package will faill as installation thinks that I have openoffice running. In the system monitor I can locate only one openoffice (server) process. If I kill it and try to upgrade the broken package again, it will faill again believing that I have openoffice running. I think that installations fail because the process somehow thinks wrongly that openoffice is running although it is not.
