You must not have openoffice.org running when you upgrade as it says if you looked in the log output.

Come on people, that's not the reason! The same thing happened to me, even I restarted the laptop and just open synaptic and tried to fix the problem, but the same error... we are not dumbs. Something is wrong and is not us.

I´ve marked this bug as Duplicate of the bug #450569.
vnieto, he marcado el fallo como duplicado del bug #450569. Esto pasa cuando al actualizar openoffice lo tienes abierto.

Gracias por hacer que Ubuntu sea mejor.
