Bug Description

This isn't really a major bug, but it's annoying.

To reproduce:
- Open an OpenOffice.org app. I tested this in Writer and Calc, but I assume it holds true for all of them. I'll use Writer in this example.
- Show a floating toolbar. (View > Toolbars > Align)
- Open a non-OpenOffice app. I use Terminal in this example.
- On the gnome taskbar, select the OpenOffice.org app to switch to it.

The OO.org app will pop to the front, but it's title bar will not be selected. Instead, the terminal will still have focus.

Note that this does not work if you alt-tab to the OO.org window or click inside it to make it active. However, you can produce the same result by clicking on the floating taskbar while the terminal is active.
