No Support for Evolution, Kmail, or Thunderbird as Address Data Source

Bug Description

Using Address Datasource Wizard does not show Evolution (used to in past releases I think), or Kmail (in Kubuntu), while Thunderbird reports an error as well (no SDBC driver support).

Using Openoffice.org 2.0.2-1ubuntu3
Gnome 2.14
2.6.15-18-amd64-generic kernel

Note: the original reporter indicated the bug was in package 'openoffice'; however, that package was not published in Ubuntu.

Matthias;

Thanks for your response.

I have kubuntu i386 installed (Dapper) as well as 64-bit Ubuntu (Dapper), and
I get the same errors (No SDBC driver) trying to register Thunderbird as an
address data source. Kmail and Evolution are not even listed as options.

I swear I used to have Kmail and Evolution as options in previous, albeit i386
releases, but no more.

Thank you for your attention.

May be it's not vary relevant, but openoffice.org 2.1 from Ubuntu Edgy hangs also during opening of microsoft access .mdb tables, in spite it can add access as data source for new database. I hadn't these problems under windows xp

There's been no activity because it's not been fixed.
