i can not cjange my openoffice icons

every time i try to change them, they go back to human, i am using jaun ty jackalope alpha 5 amd64

Which other icon sets did you install? If you didn't install any others then that would be your problem.

i haven't install any other icon but they look like they come preinstalled, see ->

That is a well known bug, they aren't installed but OOo hardcodes the icon sets in the GUI. Marking bug as duplicate.
