Bug Description
Binary package hint: openoffice.org
I am using Ubuntu Hardy Heron with GNOME.
To reproduce the bug:
1. Open something, like a Nautilus window, and minimize it.
2. Open OpenOffice.org Writer.
3. Go to View -> Toolbars and activate "Bullets and numbering".
4. Change focus to the other window opened.
5. Return to the OpenOffice.org Writer window.
6. The window does not get focus correctly because a toolbar is activated. If you doesn't activate a toolbar, it works.
What I expect: The Writer window get focus correctly. It's annoying when you are working with Alt-Tab combination keys.

I've just tried to reproduce this bug myself (window manager: metacity):
-The OpenOffice window does not get its focus when I click the window tab in the panel.
-Alt+Tabbing however does give the OpenOffice window focus.
Another attempt at reproducing it with xfwm4 for window manager:
-When clicking the window tab in the panel only the activated OpenOffice toolbar gets focus.
-Again, Alt+Tabbing works fine.
Other notes:
-Same problem with OpenOffice Calc.
