Openoffice has a typo in "about openoffice dialog"

Bug Description
When I run openoffice.org writer and go to help->About OpenOffice.org I see the main title of the dialog say I am running OpenOffice.org 2.3, and yet
the first line below says OpenOffice.org 2.4.0. I'm thinking one of these might need to say version###rc, but do in fact not mention it at all. I have included a graphic of the dialog that pops up.
