Openoffice Crashes if I select sort in the menu

Bug Description

Binary package hint: openoffice.org

If I start Openoffice Calc and select some cells and select then from the menue sort it will not open the sort window it freezes the whole application.

I confirm this behavior.

I first noticed it when I tried to sort a large spreadsheet which I had begun in v2.2.

I have since created a small spreadsheet with about six cells filled with numbers. When I selected them, then clicked Data | Sort the application froze.

Running OOo 2.3 on Ubuntu Gutsy (upgraded -- not reinstalled) from Feisty, itself upgraded from Edgy.

Just found some more information... this is related to the theme.

I switched to the Human theme, and the problem went away.

Found this when I saw bug #131526.

Yes thanks a lot.
Switching the theme to human has fixed the problems with open office 2.3
