open office crashes after adding an image

Bug Description

Binary package hint: openoffice.org

Adding an image to a document causes a program crash. It happens either when I use Instert->Image->From file or just use copy and paste buttons. The image appears in a document but the program stops to respond. I've tried with .jpg and .png files - the same issue.

I use OpenOffice 2.3.0 version for Ubuntu distribution:
openoffice.org-core 1.2.3.0-1ubuntu5
