Bug Description
Binary package hint: openoffice.org
Heading 1 and 2 were used with numbering when first used everything goes well.
After reopening the document, when a new heading was added, the numbering starts from 1.

Confirming this annoying behavior.
You always have to set the start number every time you reopen the document, but this only works for Heading 1.
Inserting Heading 2 in different positions with correct numbering is nearly impossible.
Remember, this happens only after saving and reopening the document.
Tested with repository version of Open Office in Ubuntu 7.10 and 8.04 Alpha 4
