oowriter chrashes on every start (2.3.0~src680m224-1ubuntu2)

Every time I want to start oowriter I get the following errors:

When I install openoffice.org-gtk and openoffice.org-gnome (because of openoffice.org-kde) oowriter starts with errors and it does not crash anymore:
