Subject: openoffice.org: Fails to build from source

Package: openoffice.org
Version: 1.1.2dfsg1-2
Severity: serious
Justification: no longer builds from source

The last version of openoffice.org I have been able to build from
source is "Version: 1.1.2-5". My builds of the two "1.1.2dfsg1"
versions, including "1.1.2dfsg1-2" aborts with the error below:

$ tail openoffice.org_1.1.2dfsg1-2_i386.build

Interesting. Since we didn't change that part, the autobbuilders built them
fine too (sparc failed on dfsg1-2 but that looks like a buildd problem since
we didn't change anything there). That was on sid, though but there are not
much differences between sarge and sid which could affect OOo buildability...

What did you change on your system between the sucessful and non-sucessful
builds? Got /proc mysteriously unmounted? Is it possible to get a more
verbose error message?

When I cannot reproduce this bug I will downgrade/close it when the sparc
build of OOo 1.1.2dfsg1-2 is ready to get it into testing...

Regards,

Rene

Hi, I am setting this bug to important now, I checked it once after
your report and it built fine past this stage on sarge and this bug
prevents 1.1.2dfsg1-3 migration into sarge...
