Bug Description
while upgrading from 9.04 to 9.10...
1)Description: Ubuntu 9.10
Release: 9.10
2) apt-cache policy openmpi_bin
W: Unable to locate package openmpi_bin
...at the end something appeared saying:
"could not install the upgrades.
The upgrade is now aborted. Your system could be in an unusable state. A Recovery will run now (dpkg -- configure -a)"
and....then...I just restart my computer....
and ...It did the upgrade...and
everything seems to work fine
(well 'til now I have used..
