Missing header file in libmotif-dev 2.2.4-14

Bug Description

Binary package hint: libmotif-dev

When including UilDef.h I get the following error message:

/usr/include/uil/UilDef.h:84:62: error: uil/UilDBDef.h: No such file or directory

Lesstif seems to provide this package in lesstif-dev, but that package conflicts with the libmotif-dev package since they put down the same headers and libs (mostly). Even the package file listing on packages.ubuntu.com shows that the file is not in the package, but it is used by a header that is. Was this file accidently left out by the maintainer of libmotif-dev?

(Edited to fix a spelling error)

2.2.4-14? There is 2.2.3-1.2ubuntu2 in Dapper, 2.2.3-1.4 in Edgy and 2.2.3-1.5 in Feisty, but I can't find 2.2.4-14.
