Sounds like a case of multi-arch skew. If I'm reading correctly, you had libldap-2.4-2 2.4.41+dfsg-1ubuntu2 installed for both i386 and amd64; but then you tried to upgrade to -1ubuntu3 on i386 only.

Updating your system should resolve this, I think.
