Bug Description
OpenJDK 11.0.14 has an bug with httpclient which results in unusable applications (if this package is used)
the webrequests are failing with an invalid request and is always rejected (after installing this package/update the tool which worked before with older version is stopping working with unexpected errors, mostly 400 BAD REQUEST on load balancers)
