Program Cafetran won't start with clicking on .jar file.

It does start with command ./Cafetran in the terminal though. Link to Cafetran on desktop does not work either. This is information from a log file in this directory:

In the beginning, at the time of this log, a dialog opened for accepting or declining some terms and conditions on clicking the .jar file. Now nothing happens.
