ParallelCompactData::calc_new_pointer fatal error

While running my software doing some calculations, this errors occurs:
I'm sorry but I can't reproduce it.

We run into this JVM crash on an Ubuntu installation running the Oracle JDK 7:

Also not reproducible, running the same task worked fine after an application restart.
