When I use Minecraft 1.6.2 on Ubuntu, on some servers the Minecraft client crashes with a SIGSEGV error. This gets very annoying, because it works fine on Windows, which I don't like. Can someone please help me? Enclosed is the bug report.

I'm using Minecraft 1.6.4 and am getting this crash. I remember it from 1.6.2 also. Would love for this to be fixed.

I can now confirm this is an issue with Oracle Java 6, 7, & 8. As well as Openjdk 6 & 7.
